NAN reports that the State Commissioner for women Affairs and Social Development, Hajiya Ladi Dansure, who confirmed the development in Dutse on Thursday, said three of the girls were aged four, five and six.
According to her, when the villagers noticed the act, they immediately apprehended the suspect and reported the matter to the police and her ministry.
The commissioner explained that the suspect, who operates a cinema house in the village, used the premises to perpetrate the act.
Dansure alleged that Yusuf lured the girls into the cinema house where he entertained them with different films for free before defiling them.
“This is barbaric and animalistic,” she said, adding that the matter had been forwarded to the police and National Human Right Commission for appropriate action.
